The UDCC Community Garden is now official!  After months of planning and hard work our community garden is now officially open for business.  While it doesn't look like much now we believe with some work it will become a thing of beauty.

The garden has been officially approved by the City of Richardson TX. It is open to not only members of UDCC but also to local residents. Members must pay a $30.00 per year fee and abide by a Gardener's Agreement.

We are currently in the process of planting for Fall.  With the mild Texas winters, there are a number of vegetables which can be grown in the fall including cabbage, radishes, carrots, beans, broccoli, brussels sprouts and more.

Don't have a green thumb!  There are a number of websites which will give information about planting and ideas of what and when to plant.  Check the following sites for more help.
